As a conductor Andrew aims to engage audiences with passionate musical storytelling and is confident working with orchestras from student to professional. Currently completing a Masters of Conducting with Luke Dollman at the Elder Conservatorium, Andrew has experience with both orchestral and operatic repertoire. Andrew has assisted Nicholas Carter, Graham Abbott, and Benjamin Northey; has previously studied privately with Graham Abbott; and participated in masterclasses with Benjamin Northey, Christopher Seaman, and Atso Almila.
With a passion for helping musicians reach new heights, Andrew is a confident producer across education, performance, and radio. Currently the Artistic Coordinator at the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra, he is versed in working in arts organisation small and large. Bringing insight at the intersection of arts management and classical music, Andrew has diverse of experience including working with Melbourne Conservatorium of Music’s entrepreneurship program IgniteLAB, 3MBS’ The Talent, and creative classic group anon.
